How to Participate

Glad to see you're interested! Let me take off my professionalism hat for a second 🎩🤚Even if you've never done this before, even if you don't think your work is "good enough" ^{(2025 edit: well, that's a zine now)}, I'll do my best to make your first experience positive and memorable. You are welcome here regardless of experience and skill level; any participant that makes you feel otherwise is subject to removal.Most projects are rather straightforward in the creation process, and it's basically just writing/drawing according to prompts, but don't be afraid to ask as many clarifying questions as needed.When you sign up for events, I may ask you for an example of your work — I'm just vetting for AI, tracing, plagiarism, and all those other things. Aside from merch and for-profit zines, there isn't a skill requirement to contribute.If you're interested in seeing how things work behind the scenes or learning how run your own events, I'll be happy to take you as a mod intern! And if you've already modded before and want to pitch in, I'll never say no to more help :)And remember, I'm not a professional; if you have any feedback, suggestions, concerns, or anything you want to tell me, don't be afraid to shoot me a DM!
